She became a neonatal staff nurse at Sparrow in 1980, then was a transport nurse from 1982-1993. In 1993, Diane finished the Neonatal Nurse Practioner program at Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Diane then received her BSN from Michigan State University in 1996. She received her NCC certificate in 1994. Diane received her MSN from Saginaw Valley State University in Education and Informatics. She has been an adjunct clinical instructor at MSU since 1994. Her research interest in neonatology is to enhance parent-infant outcomes. Diane is married with five grown children and four grandchildren and counting. |
